"I would definitely recommend this company for your tree removal need. Justin explained exactly what needed to be done to remove a tree in my front yard, in order to finish the landscaping project I had dreamed up. He also explained how he would removed the roots from an old dead bush in the back yard. He completed the job exactly as promised, including the clean up. "I purchased a new property and with that I purchased a jungle for a backyard. I had no idea what kinds of trees/shrubs I had, I just knew that I was witnessing a total disaster. I contacted J.R.'s and was pleased from the initial phone call. Justin was very courteous and professional on the telephone and he was much faster than I had anticipated in arriving to my property to asses what needed to be done to tame my jungle.
Justin was able to identify all of the species in my yard, as well as a few different fungal issues that different species were suffering from. It seems to me that if this arborist can save a tree, he will do everything he can to do so. That being said there were removals that had to happen on my property as well as structural pruning to make the remaining trees look like trees. J.R.'s did an absolutely impeccable job - I'm no arborist, but my trees look amazing and my property was left looking cleaner than when the crew showed up.
